The new website is up & running…

Totem

It has taken me a while but I have finally had the time to get my new website up and running. This is going to be different from the last one.

Since finishing my Master’s at Glasgow, I have felt a bit lost in the art world, and in general, we have moved house five times in three years and had a year of being homeless and just moving from one friend or family spare space to another, and I feel there is another move possible on the horizon…

This along with new health conditions has really stagnated and fogged up my own art practice. I do have the zine to keep me occupied and up-to-date with the art around me, which I love, but I needed something new for my own work, somewhere that I could gather, contain and grow my practice.

My best option with no studio space as such was to use my website, but it too had got stale. I have spent the last few months updating and creating a new website, then this could become the constant focus I need.

I will be using this site to show my progress, as I need some kind of accountability and criticism to push my work forward.

Do feel free to comment, ask questions, and critique as the work progresses.
